 Content published in the following locations: | Congratulations to five Kelley Seniors, now NATIONAL MERIT FINALISTS! 2/8/2008 The National Merit Scholarship Program has named the following five seniors as National Merit Finalists: Liz Braden, Maria Copp, Lauren Pasque, Darwin Roman, and Daniel Shenoi. Each of these students, beyond qualifying for National Merit Semi-Finalist standing, went through a rigorous process including score reporting, an essay, recommendation letter and proving their worthiness through continued academic and personal excellence, in order to become a finalist. Congratulations to these students!

A photographic exhibit entitled “Casualties of War” will be in the foyer of the
Stephenson Library/Media Center Thurs, May 8 & Fri May 9. It is sponsored by Pax Christi, an international Catholic peace organization. Please Note: this exhibit may not be appropriate for younger age children.

Bishop Kelley High School students who have finished sophomore year may take advantage of the summer ACT/SAT Prep class by attending single sessions. Although this class is offered as a full-tuition course for academic credit, students whose schedules do not permit them to attend all sessions may still benefit by attending as many sessions as their schedules will allow. Enrollment is mandatory – students may not just drop in. Students will be expected to bring their own workbooks, which are described on the Enrollment Form. Students must have finished Algebra II in order to attend the math sessions.

Put on by the Bishop Kelley Robotic Team, come explore the exciting world of robotics! Build and program a variety of robots and even take one home! The week will end with a head-to-head competition of your robot, so come join the fun, June 9-12, 9am-Noon.
